Thanks for posting the link! There are several strong contenders and a few with many other pageant experiences and titles. The fact that there are so many contestants this year just makes it that much harder of a competition this year!

I think the German contestant is really pretty! My favourites so far are Toronto, New York, and Tubingen (Germany). No, madeinhk, I don't think I have the chance to watch it on TV, unless I watch it online since school starts again next week >< I wonder how the pageant will turn out since there are so many contestants! Toronto is dubbed as the "fan ban Kelly Lin" AND "Toronto Zhang Zi Yi" by the press. Montreal is dubbed as the younger version of Teresa Caprio and Germany is "Germany's Gaile Lok". Also, #8 Harbin was a former swimmer on the China team. (Her strength was either the butterfly or backstroke, I don't remember which) |

(Her strength was either the butterfly or backstroke, I don't remember which) The Hong Kong press comparing Christine to Zhang Ziyi is such an insult to her. Zhang Ziyi has no redeeming qualities of beauty or acting skill to her. I agree with Rana's description more, a beautiful mix of Sonija Kwok and Aimee Chan! =P |

I hope that TVB can have a top 10 and top 5 like recent years. But is best to have a talent segment and short interview for each delegate. I think that provides more scores and substance to pick the top 10 rather than last year.

wow. nice promotion videos! i'm glad they chose sherry, another very elegant girl produced from miss chinese toronto. I hope TVB notices another Toronto girl as well this year. Totally agree with lythial and ah yee for favourites, but i'm supporting Christine all the way... =D
