In your opinion, what are the winner's chances in Hong Kong Pageant? Does she have a good shot?

I just saw some of the other delegates from the other cities around the world, and think that Montreal has a pretty good chance. Alot of them are really pretty, but I am still rooting for her because I am from Montreal. GO LOIS!

Wow! Miss Chinese Montreal is taking a real bashing from the Hong Kong press.
"thick legs", "funniest (talent) act was the rather chubby..."
I feel sorry for the poor girl....

I really don't think Miss Montreal looks half as bad as the press makes of her! I couldn't believe they bashed her for her talent which was something that she had apparently practiced all her life.

Yes, that's kinda mean and harsh but that's the way the HK media operates. They are indeed very unprofessional and sometimes unethnical. This doesn't come as a surprise to anyone who has lived in Hong Kong for some years since the mid-1990s.

Actually, Montreal was definitely thinner when she participated at Montreal pageant. Her waist does look noticeably thicker. Seems she's put on some weight.
