In my opinion(just my view), i think is this award is judged by those pageant that contribute to making fund, donation and charity work. I saw Miss Korea video clip that she did lots of donation and charity work in China.
she is quite pretty also.....well done, her dress so nice.

Is she. She was 2nd runner-up in MCI 2004 and was top 15 semi finalise for Miss World,
She is extreme pretty, you can see the different between MCI and Miss World, Miss World is so high standard.

tvbsupporter, why are you replying to yourself - because i know you are also changhh2u. it doesn't matter if you register as another because they way you write is still the same! but i agree with you about Carlene, she is pretty, but in my opinion there was no big difference when she was competing in MCI and MW, the only difference was the bust size as she obviously had something done to them just before competing in MW  |
