From looking at the photos, watching TVB and actually seeing one of them in real person. My top three for now are:

Cool! Less than 3 weeks before Jan....
After the much debated MW, focus will be on MCI!!!
So far, 16 contestants confirmed for participation?
Top 5 guess for now

I hope that the Miss Chinese International Pageant 2006 that will be held in Hong Kong on 21st January will be fair pageants.
Although the pageant is organized by TVB Hong Kong, I do hope that the attention is not given to Miss Hong Kong (Miss Tracy Yip). Other pageants also have a chance.
Hope that the International Pageant is fair as we can promote Chinese Pageants to the world...have a fair pageants 2006 in Hong Kong organized by TVB.... not just give priority to Miss Hong Kong.

i knew it your kenny! ;D geez get over it already  , if TVB was all about MHK then MHK will win all the time and be promoted, instead if we look at MCI from 2001 - no MHK has WON, vancouver has WON 4 TIMES and 3 of them are the ones being promoted by TVB! and even Fala (your fave) who came 2nd earlier this year is being promoted! |

Although MHK has not won since 2001 (well it can't just crown MHK as MCI because it'd be blatantly obvious about promoting MHK cuz its TVB) but it is evident that HK is always part of the top 5. Whether it is because they're from HK or if they're really good quality is a different thing, but the trend is evident. I actually like MHK Tracy Ip  this year. I hope she does well! So far, from the pictures at misshkbeauties.com, my favorites are: Toronto HK New York |

Are you sure? Miss Vancouver is won very year because is deserve to win , look at the history bellow, had prove it.
1995 Halina TAM Siu-Wan get top5, but Miss Friendship is NOT HK
1996 MHK did not manage to get top 5, but Miss Friendship is MHK
1997 MHK is 2nd runner up, but Miss Friendship is NOT MHK
1998 MHK is top 5(sensitive issue because Yung Ka Sui is one¡¦s wife)
1999 MHK is 2nd runner up, But Miss Friendship is NOT MHK
2000 MHK is winner, but Miss Friendship is NOT MHK
2001 MHK is 2nd runner-up, but Miss Friendship is NOT MHK
2002 MHK get top 5 only, but HAVE another award Miss Modern China
2003 MHK is 1st runner-up, but Miss Friendship is NOT MHK
2004 MHK is 1st runner ¡Vup and also Miss Friendship (the most greedy)
2005 MHK is top 5, didn¡¦t get top 3, BUT get a special award.
Others countries should have equal chances to held such a world class pagenat.
Please make it fair and i do not want to see HK represent get any advantages from it.

changhh2u, please read my post properly! and when i say win - i mean WIN - the WINNER not runner up, top 5 or some side award, i mean win the crown, top prize etc. as for you being kenny, well that was one of your alias on the old misshkbeauties forum, if your going to deny it at least don't post the exact same messages you posted back then also from your posts back then and now, you just have it in for the MHKs! if you believe its TVB's fault then blame TVB! not the winner or the judges who picked her! if you don't like MHK then don't like her, why question other people's support for her. in response to hkgirl129, hi TVB comes across to me as not one to be shy of blatancy ;D and why i mentioned vancouver's 4 wins in 5 years is that take for example miss universe (although MCI is not of the same status as miss universe) they will never allow one country to win that many times in 5 years! because they don't want to alienate other countries whereas in MCI they clearly show that the judges are relatively unaffected by certain factors and just do the job at hand and crown the delegate most deserving (most of the time  since it REALLY IS SUBJECTIVE) that's my opinion anyway and i totally respect yours! |

MCI will held on next year which is 21st of January 2006 in Hong Kong.
