I also wanted to add Rhode Island after watching her prelim gown performance. But I think her height and face is somewhat weaker compared to the other ladies. But anything can happen. She can also make top 20 if she nails interview. Oregon, former Miss Teen USA first runner up should have a good interview but like Rhode Island, I find her body, height, and face not as strong as the other ladies.
