The time has come again this year! Tomorrow is Miss Universe.

I felt sorry for the ladies that tripped.. the stage is so small and slippery this year. Hope they change it for finals.

Without further ado, here are my final predictions. May the best girl win!

Winner: Thailand
1st RU: France
2nd RU: India
Top 6 Finalists: USA, Colombia, Philippines
Top 20 Semifinalists: Albania, Ireland, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Panama, South Africa, Dominican Republic, Netherlands, Myanmar, Mexico, Brazil, Nigeria, Indonesia, China

Top 33 Bubbles: Guam, Vietnam, Peru, Jamaica, Iceland, Kenya, Argentina, Tanzania, Australia, Japan, Ukraine, Portugal, Equatorial Guinea

Special awards:
Best National Costume: Cambodia
Miss Congeniality: Equatorial Guinea
Miss Photogenic: France

So seems like the format is back to last year’s continental system... 20-10-5-3

I’ll consider 4 ladies making it from each region (Asia, Africa, America’s, and Europe). And 4 wildcards.

So the predictions need to be changed. Here is the revised top 20 (16 which will come from continental group):

Winner: Thailand (wonder if the sunglasses and her eye injury will affect her)
1st RU: France
2nd RU: India
Top 5 Finalists: USA and Colombia
Top 10 Semifinalists: Philippines, Albania, Ireland, Puerto Rico, Venezuela
Top 20 Quarterfinalists: South Africa, Netherlands, Myanmar, Iceland, Kenya, Tanzania.
Top 20 wildcards: Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and China

So.. with the same format, there are some minor changes. Miss Panama (heavy favorite) and Dominican Republic got left out
