Which MCI Pageant Organizers Organize The Best?

Which pageant organizers organize pageants to their best ability? TVB has more resources, but do they use their resources? They keep pageant websites, but do they take good pictures of their contestants? Do they manage the contestants appearances?

Fairchild TV organizes both MCT and MCV and they have good, recognizable themes in the pageants. The website tells us that they favor MCV more they deleted a lot of MCT pages though. For both pageants, the contestants look good in pictures. They put make up properly on most contestants. They do all this with less resources than TVB.

The organizers that organize the worst is the Phillipines Pageant. I think it is one of the few pageants that don't even have a website. For Calgary, it is understandable as the pageant is not held every year.
