i know you're really busy and everything  but I just wanted to remind you that perhaps you should update on this years Miss Chinese Vancouver i'm curious of what you thought of Lora not winning~) , last year's Miss Chinese International (again, in Fala's case), and this years MCI.. take care =) |

I don't know when I'll be updating the 'reviews' cuz things have been hectic @ work. Once I get back home all I want to do is sleep! Enjoy high school/uni while u can ... MCI 05...I loved the results & thought it was justified for the night. Leanne & Fala are simply amazing. Could've gone either way but imho Leanne outperformed Fala during the interviews. I'm not going to lie, but I was shocked when Lora (MCV 05 1st ru) didnt win because she does have the entire MCV package (elegant, gorgeous, tall, educated (1st yr UBC student), etc.) Crystal seems sweet & she must've done extremely well during the judges dinner/interview plus shes very poised, mature, & elegant. She grew on me after the show & I thought she did really well at MCI 06. |

Hi Rana.
Would you happen to know one of the songs performed by one of the contestants in MCI 2006 on piano? I believe it was part of her talent segment. She was wearing red and only performed, did not sing.

I don't know the title of song...but I think ur talking about #10 Taipei? It's a wonderful piece that got stuck to my head ^^ Sorry can't help u there!

Lora Sun recently appeared live at the Aberdeen Mall in Richmond... doing the 2006 Chinese New Year Special Countdown Show for Fairchild TV... that was Jan 28... Found some pics there of that event in Gallery 2 ... don.mickysoft.org/LoraThere is a slideshow icon on the top of that page, with Lora saying some Chinese New Year greetings sound bites in the audio track. |

Sorry! I can't cuz the file is probably over 400mb (much too big). I would've said yes if ranalee.net didnt expire last month.  Anyhow, if someone has the file please please email me. It's the only MCT show I don't have but one that I really want...  |

Hi, I would just like to reply to Tracey's question, on #10 Taipei's performance song is called "mung jung dik fun lai" (cantonese)... it could be translated as "wedding in dreams" or the ideal wedding?! i dunno :/ but you could try to look for it on the net~
