I watched the entertaiment news shown in HK at 02.30pm, date is 27-12-2005, where they interview Linda Chung, MCI 2004 winner. The most interesting part is she said during MCI 2004 (which is same year as Mandy Co), for talent show part, whether which talent is performed is determined by TVB ppl. Because Linda Chung said that she want to sing song, but then other participant already choose sing songs, TVB in order want to get more veiwer, thus, ask Linda Chung to perform another kind of talent show. I just dont understand, talent show also determined by TVB ppl...............what is the point having a beauty pageant contest?  Can be download at the website bellow: jade.tvb.com/ent/buzz/2005/1227/index.html (click on interview with Linda Chung) I download it and watch, Yeah is it exactly same as what Linda Chung said, what she said is totally true because the show is live broadcast and cannot cut off if speak wrongly. I am not sure whether "c" said is true or not, because we were not there. But i am pretty sure what "above forum person" said is true as I watched the program interview |

although you said that each participant can perform 3 talent show and up to TVb to choose for them(TVB will help to choose for them to decide which one to perform on stage), but TVb can still be biase, if TVB want MHK to gain more marks, choose the most attractive talent show (judge by own judges as same judges in final), then others just simply choose.

they been told that they have to present something a week ago the show must represent their city or themself. the show must be 10 mins and one mins to explain what they were doing.. miss NY really did do well and impressive.. she realy trys hard and she is clearly the best on the day by far. most of the people who is watching it cheer for her name... but select MHK make sence... because she is base in HK.. HK people know her and if she need to be there to promote the pottery it is easy to get hold of her... ( this is my guess hope this dont offence anyone)

This had show that MHK had the advantage of it. and also one of the judges is Leanan Li (MCI05 winner) and now she is working in TVB with 3 year contract.

I just dont understand, talent show also determined by TVB ppl............... i think the MCV and MCT pageant ppl also chooses the talents for their contestants to perform during the talent part for their respective pageant too |
