Contestant no. 7 - Lenna, reminds me so much of Fala Chen.

I don't know... I still think Fala should of won in 2005... but I guess now that she is more famous and more successful in acting (in comparison to Leanne), everything was alright...

KL is a city that either makes it far or gets shut out entirely. I don't know how they will do... but #7 looks ok. Hope HK manages to win (or New York).

The pageant is going to be held in January, ANYBODY know which cities are participating?? So far, I know the following cities are (the 2010 MCT/MCV winners are not since new winners will be crowned in Nov./Dec.).

Melbourne (2 winners from 2010-2011)
Kuala Lumpur (not sure if a new winner would be represented)

5 reps. from Mainland China's MCI pageant

Interesting observation Samuel. I agree and thought Fala was a better choice to take the crown that year. ;D The winner, Lenna also this year's miss photogenic will represent Kuala Lumpur at MCI 2012. Here's a video of her, any potential to place at MCI?

OK, I took 6:34 to watch the video rather than doing my research paper lol; but it was worth it, it's so great to see that a country such as Malaysia still has lots of fans supporting their contestants in the pageant.

I think Lenna looks pretty, she has a good height and smile. I see she resembles a little like Fala (I still think we were robbed of a title in 2005...), but anyway, if she looks like this in HK, she will be a favorite. She has good interview skills and looks calm to me.

So far, she is in my top 5, I think she has a chance.

In comparison to other cities, HK also has the beautiful Rebecca (and btw, Hyman placed 107th out of 113 delegates at Miss World..) and NY also has a mixed/good figure contestant this year. I hope she will also make the top 5 this year.

So far, my top 3 are HK, NY, and KL.

From Fairchild TV's websites, I saw the delegates for MCT and MCV and it seems like (imo), MCT has stronger delegates than MCV. MCV does not have one clear standout, #3 impressed me alt. she is a little short (5'3").

However, I except Fairchild to train their delegates well, and possibly, they may end up as favorites when they arrive in HK!!

And, I also think Lenna resembles a little like Wong Sing Ye (sorry for my bad spelling, I mean the female lead in the movie, "White Snake Legend," with Raymond Lam.

By the way, I have never heard any news of Miss Asia 2011 and Mister Asia 2011. How are they going?

You can read news about that on news sites; I only catch a glimpse of it in newspapers now... lost interest in Miss Asia..

Samuel, Glad that you like what you saw in the video. I think Lenna will face tough competition from HK and NY especially so from Rebecca who is very pretty.

I waiting to see who will be crowned for MCV and MCT, normally the winners are strong contenders given their impressive track record.
